Sally Kieny

Sally brings her technical knowledge and versatile communication skills to our clients’ work as a public relations manager, writer and editor.

A closet cappuccino fiend, decaf only of course, Sally has abundant energy and always seems to see the blue sky around the clouds. Sally keeps up to date on the latest best practices for being green and serves as the team’s eco-counselor, collecting new tidbits from her extensive reading list. Sally spends her time with her two daughters and husband enjoying the outside, golfing, fishing, gardening and practicing yoga.

Before joining our team, Sally was a favorite client contact of Marketing Partners at the Burlington Electric Department. There she used her technical expertise at the state’s largest municipal utility in many roles as a marketing manager, interim general manager, and manager of legislative services. Before moving to Vermont, Sally worked as an editor for the University of Illinois College of Agriculture — Go Illinois! — and a copywriter for an Illinois-based advertising agency.
