Office areas are connected by a main "street" with low walls and planters filled with beautiful greenery that contributes to air quality. Office spaces feature operable windows so employees can enjoy fresh air and natural cooling. Indicator lights tell employees when outdoor temperatures are suitable for opening windows without wasting energy. Hand-painted concrete floor tiles sprinkled throughout the building's floors depict the use and development of wind energy through the centuries. The sun artwork at the center of the building serves as a beautiful reminder that wind energy is a form of solar energy.
