Amy's cookbook pick: For the non-meat eaters out there, I recommend Jeanne Lemlin's Main-Course Vegetarian Pleasures cookbook. Every recipe is super easy and made from things you probably already have in your cupboard. She has a variety of vegetarian cookbooks, but I prefer the main course version as I have always found it hard to cook vegetarian for the whole family. A must make: the mock vegetable risotto, yum!
