Our retainer fee includes marketing and public relations planning and implementation; background research; production supplier sourcing and estimates; copywriting for news releases and press kits, development and use of specialized media lists, media contacts and arrangements, consultation to the firm’s principals and designees on marketing strategy, media relations, interview preparations, crisis management, and strategies for using the "earned media" to build corporate and services/product identity and image and ongoing mining for public relations opportunities. It also includes regular meetings, news clipping retrieval and reports, and use of all Marketing Partners facilities, equipment and professional services such as media and website traffic tracking services, media databases, news wires and on-line services.
Additional projects including website design, advertising placement, ad design, production of collateral materials, and research may be estimated and budgeted separately. Any out-of-pocket expenses are billed separately at our actual cost without mark-up. (Individual costs in excess of a predetermined amount will not be incurred without your prior approval.) These include ad production and placement, if any, supplies, postage and delivery, long distance telephone, travel, printing, production expenses and any other actual costs of accomplishing your work.
