Background:
We were contracted in 2004 by the City of South Burlington to help develop materials to educate residents on stormwater, what a stormwater utility would mean to them, fees that would be added to their existing water bills and the overall benefits the utility would provide to the City. The City established the first Vermont stormwater utility in 2005, and since then, we have collaborated with South Burlington Stormwater Services on a variety of projects including a complete redesign of their website and a series of project fact sheets for print and web use.
